Mark Wells, Pesident Dr. Mark Wells is a partnership doctor at the Cheyenne Vision Clinic and has been in practice for 17 years. He has been a member of the Needs, Inc. board since 1993 and has served as President for the last two terms. He grew up in Cheyenne and attended Central High School, and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Wyoming. He is married and has two step-children.

Diane Boyer, Secretary Diane Boyer worked as a secondary teacher for 10 years and as a secretary in the Attorney General's office for 5 1/2 years. Now retired, she continues serving the community through her work with Needs, Inc.
